Outcomes we track
- Intake completed and ILP created
- Housing steps completed and applications submitted
- Education pathway milestones, including GED placement or college steps
- Employment readiness milestones
- Stabilization milestones after housing progress
- 90-day stabilization completion when applicable
As we grow, we will publish regular summaries of progress and program improvements.
